Take a moment to submit your application + $85 fee. Then schedule your Relationship Alignment Session with our team where we dive into

Step 2
Each dinner is curated based on age group, core values & lifestyle alignment. You’ll enjoy a delicious meal, beyond the surface conversations and feel the sparks fly naturally.
Attend
Step 3
When there’s a mutual spark, we will facilitate the introduction. We set you up on a date where you’ll explore whether there’s genuine compatibility, chemistry, and alignment. Afterward, our team reconnects with you to reflect on the experience and support your next step.
Align
Step 4
We provide ongoing relationship support to help you navigate communication, vulnerability, conflict, intimacy, and growth, where we rewire your patterns, deepen connection, and build a relationship that continues to evolve.

Emotionally available people who are ready for a real relationship. We're open to all ages, orientations, and ethnicities. What we screen for isn't a demographic, it's emotional readiness. If you're clear about what you want and willing to be honest about your patterns, you're who we're looking for.

Who is UNION for?
People looking for something casual. People who want us to hand them a perfect partner without examining their own role in past relationships. And people who aren't ready to be seen. Our dinners go past small talk fairly quickly.

Is this just for straight singles?

No. We host dinners for queer singles as well, curated the same way, by age, values, and lifestyle alignment.
It covers your application review and your Relationship Alignment Session: a real conversation with our team about your values, your patterns, and what you're looking for.

What's the $85 for?
Is there a cost beyond the $85?

Each dinner is an additional cost ranging from $125-$250 depending on venue, menu & curation of the evening. You will receive an invitation at least 2-3 weeks in advance and can choose to attend or not. Relationship Coaching is optional, starting at $250/session.
Does UNION match across ethnicities and faiths?

Yes. Our members come from every background. If cultural or faith alignment is important to you, that's part of what we discuss in your alignment session, and we take it seriously as a value, not a preference to talk you out of.
How are dinners curated?

Each table is built around age group, core values, and lifestyle alignment. Everyone in the room can be a future partner, friend or bestie.
What if I don't connect with anyone?

You will stay in our database and continue to be invited to future dinners. If you find somebody outside of our dinners and would like to be removed from the database, just let us know. We do not refund the $85 fee - but you can apply it towards a coaching package.
Meet the Founder,
Sana Akhand
I have always believed that relationships are one of the greatest catalysts for human growth.
After years of studying psychology, somatic regulation, attachment styles, and conscious relationships, and doing that work in my own marriage, I came to a simple realization:
the quality of our relationships shapes the quality of our lives.
My husband and I didn't build a thriving relationship by finding the "perfect" partner. We built it by learning how to communicate differently, repair conflict, regulate our nervous systems, and meet each other with honesty, curiosity, and compassion.
I've coached hundreds of individuals + couples through relationship conflict, and I had a realization: What if people learned how to relate consciously from day one?
Love isn’t something you stumble into. I believe it's something we create with intention.
